Three-bedroom cabin with some extra space.
Wigwam was one of the first cabins built in 1918, as a gathering place for guests. Through the generations it has seen many remodels and but still retains its old cabin charm. Wigwam features a brick fireplace in the living room. The cabin is modern where it needs to be with leather furniture, comfy beds, flat screen TV but has the old charm as well with its vintage wicker and a few other antique pieces we have lovingly cared for.
The porch has not changed much from 1918 when the cabin was built and has one of our famous double swinging beds making it a true place to relax. The old wicker from the 20's and 30's on the porch complete the porch making it a step back in time.
Inside the cabin are 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with queens and the largest bedroom has a double and 2 twins. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator and all the pots and pans you will need. The fireplace is the center of the cabin and everything else flows around it like a doughnut.
Wigwam is set back 50 feet farther than the other cabins from the lake. Without a cabin directly on either side it gives it a bit more room outside. Wigwam has a large sitting area with a fire pit within eye sight of the playground for the kids. It also has a cedar swing, Adirondack chairs, a Weber grill and a picnic table. Many nights in the summer Wigwam becomes the gathering place for folks enjoying each other and a fire.
