Summer Fishing Trip

When you see an eagle perched in a tree above your fishing area, you know one thing, you will not be skunked

Troy spent 5 worms to find out what kept striping his hook... You would think after eating 5 worms this fish would have been a little bigger

One of the most important things to learn, how to take your own fish off the hook. Makes fishing much more enjoyable for everyone. Start at the head, slide your hand down making the fins go down and take the hook out, nothing to it

The minnows had the bass jumping. We also caught a few nice perch, no crappies. I hear the fish have gone deep and Grandpa Gibson is not here to rig our poles up with slip bobbers

Someone out in Blog land will comment in what kind of ducks these are. Mirgansers?
