We left the resort 6 days ago with snow on the ground and sap running in the trees, Troy was collecting from the maples at Eagles Nest before we headed out. Eagles's Nest maples flow the best out of any of the trees in the resort we have tapped so far. What is the difference I have no idea.
6 days away and we came back to summer and little to no snow
Felt like summer with "Nothing Going On" but watching the lake melt at Jack's Landing by Ken and Troy. Ken became Mack's universe while we were gone. He arrived on Thursday to help Char and Karey and Mack did not let him out of his sight. When I took this picture the temp was about 75
