First Flakes

The first snow fall of the season scared us all this morning, some of us more than others. Poor guy above jumped out of his skin when he saw the white stuff Before the snow came the green boats got pulled out of water. It is that time of year and round holes appear around the resort waiting for a certain truck to come around. Our boys used to get off school for septic day but once they hit junior high, high school and college it is frowned on to say they are staying home to see the pumper truck. I miss those days of them being as fascinated as their grandpa by the truck Speaking of grandpa, there was much discussion going on about the office door which seems to not want to close properly when it gets cold. There was much head scratching going on. In the end he thinks he fixed it. We shall see when it is 20 below and he is in Arizona too far away for a door maintenance call Woods starting to look a bit bare Keeping our eye out for more snowflakes in the forecast
