Beautiful cool day in the Northwoods. We barely hit the 70 mark and nobody was complaining. Perfect weather after the summer heat and humidity
Good time to get started black berry picking. Berry pickers do not share their secret spots and I am no exception. Part of the fun is finding a trail and returning each year to pick berries.
Never forget to bring along anti bear defense. Like he would do a lot.... so far in all our years of berry picking we have not been disturbed but I always keep the dog and minivan close by just in case
