Cold Snowy Days = Challenges

Plowing out after the big snow we got the truck stuck. How to get the truck out of a snowbank? Grab the handy dandy come a long (spelling is for you Paul). Even an F 250 has trouble at times.
The propane truck was in the driveway. We could wait no longer for a fill. Propane prices are still double what they should be. For rural folks who use propane for heating this has not been an easy winter. At least it is not triple what it should be anymore
With temps plunging yet again this week the guys were looking for an inside project and settled on Wildflower. Troy pulling up the carpet
Steve making the calculations for flooring
I am glad this makes sense to him
New ceiling fan to go in.
You know when the porch is full of appliances they are up to something
Definitely up to something
This is how I deal with the cold temps, making colorful socks for Klondike Days next weekend in Eagle River. The sock maker, socks and a few other things are headed with me to the craft fair at Klondike Days Saturday and Sunday. Klondike Days is a fun winter festival. I am just glad to be inside at the craft fair. Here is the link if anyone is interested

The have everything from Dog Sled pulls and rides to chain saw and lumber jack competitions and of course the craft show with the sock maker
