Black's Cliff Stimulus Package

The recession has ment one thing to Black's Cliff, good deals and Craig coming home saying "You won't guess what I have in my car" This time it was 2 new screen doors for Holiday and Wigwam. I hear he has two more on hold for Norway and Red PIne [caption id="attachment_1005" align="alignnone" width="500" caption="New Fridge for Red Pine, how much did he pay?"][/caption] Stainless steal, 2 year old fridge with ice maker and cold water dispenser. Orginally 1800 dollars. It does have one small dent. How much did Craig pay? This may be the deal of the year at 275. Only thing it needed was a good cleaning and I can assure you Craig did not clean it [caption id="attachment_1007" align="alignnone" width="500" caption="One small problem...."][/caption] Fridge did not fit under the cabinets... Quick cut with the jigsaw answered this small problem, think anyone will notice? Carpet for Birchwood and the main house was also found discontinued at 1 dollar a square foot. Bayview was voted as the cabin to get new linolium by Jen and Jenny at again 1/foot on top of the line linoluim. Where does he get these deals..... his secret. All I will say is after owning a resort his entire life he has his connections with folks who like to empty out their warehouses. After 30 - 40 years a few of them need replacement. Lets just say the price of them gave me a new appreciation for our upholstry guy. Craig has to work him over on a swap of an old pontoon boat we have in the woods in exchange for some of the price Yet to be added into the stimulus package is all the new digital TV's we had to pick up this week. Due to the local channels coming through our areial we are one of the last holdouts to get ready to digital. Will everything work tomorrow at noon..... Stay tuned... we have no idea
